      • The Diagnostic Screen, Obtaining Files using FTPGET displays.
      • Total All - Indicates the number of zip files to be obtained.
      • Selected - Indicates the number of zip files obtained so far. This will help you determine how far you are in the download process.
      • The time to complete the process is based on the number of size of the zip files and your bandwidth. For example, we tested a site with a fast connection and seven programs to download (Financial Management, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, Leave, Vendor Payments and two utility programs). It took approximately nine minutes to download the programs.
      • After downloading programs, your workstation will automatically reboot in approximately 20 seconds.
      • You are finished with the Program Download. Please continue with the Restart Your Computer steps.

Restart your Computer

  1. Immediately after downloading new programs, restart your computer.
  2. Upon downloading the programs, they are stored in a temporary folder. Once you restart your computer, the program files are transferred to a registry.
  3. When your computer restarts, continue to the Steps to Update Programs.
